Great album! I think seek and destroy might be one of my favorite all time metal songs. I also didn’t know this album was made in Rochester, ny. I’m “from” south of there and I didn’t think anything like that came from out of there so it was pretty cool to find out.

the “black album” is basically what got me into metal (it came out the summer between my freshman and sophomore years of high school) but I quickly gravitated towards darker, heavier stuff. The only album of theirs I truly dislike is St. Anger (no argument there) and IMO Load and Reload should have had some material culled and been cut down to one album.
